18. FORCE MAJEURE11Croco Casino shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, strike, civil unrest, natural disaster, or other similar events.

19. BINDING EFFECTThese Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of each party's successors and assigns.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
